Artwork is very similar to the original 1992 and 2011, with small differences in the copyright listed above — the only indication that it is released by Rhino is a sticker that came on the original shrink-wrap, and the "R1 26727" catalog number that appears on the spine, on the sleeve, and on the labels. Only major difference is change of name and logo Warner Records on labels, cover and on the sleeve.

The sticker (same as 2011 reissue) also gives the "LP Cut by Chris Bellman" credit, it does not appear with the rest of the credits on the sleeve.
