Our proprietary LP mailers have built-in corner protection to help combat those bumps and bruises that occur all-too-commonly in today's mail system. We have upgraded the cardboard stock used from a 32 ECT to a 40 ECT (edge crush test) resulting in a MUCH sturdier box than we have even previously used and will withstand the rigors of USPS even moreso.
