Notes:

Reissue on Epitaph. Comes in a gatefold jacket, with an etching of a buffalo on side D. Unknown release date since it was not officially announced. Runout etchings differ from 2011 reissue so it is not clear if it is a repress.

The labels have a misprint giving two track 6s on the B side, which then makes the numbering incorrect for all following tracks on Sides B & C.
