In the 5 years since Kevin Salem released his solo album, 'Glimmer,' the songwriter ROLLING STONE once named best of the year, listened as swing, ska, boy bands and bad bands cycled through, trying to figure out where he fit in. Then he did what any good songwriter does, he remembered to forget about the mainstream and write the songs he wanted to hear. Soon after, Salem's once blurry vision for the 11-song 'Ecstatic' came into sharp focus.
