Clairecords is incredibly overjoyed to present 'Saltykisses' from the German/Japanese duo, Guitar, to the US – and worldwide, for that matter – for the first time. 'Saltykisses' was first released (and available) only in Japan via the Third-Ear label. Issued in 2005, 5000 copies of each were pressed and are now close to being completely sold out. Saltykisses is a pop approach to shoegaze (perhaps if Brian Wilson and Kevin Shields were one). This album will not disappoint fans of Sunkissed, released on Morr Music. Clairecords will be issuing Guitar's unreleased album 'It's Sweet to Do Nothing' in February 2009. The band are currently working on two new albums.
