Originally from Athens but now relocated to Portland, the second release from Pacific UV for Warm Recordings has a charming shoe-gaze-y vibe, in the Spacemen Three/ Spiritualized way rather than the My Bloody Valentine way. Fuzzed out guitars, effects pedals galore and Jesus & Mary Chain styled vocals. E.P. is short and sweet- 4 songs in 20 minutes- and actually leaves the listener wanting more. I can't remember the last time I wanted a record to go on longer. Awesome.
